We are hiring a Sales Manager with proven experience selling into police forces, enforcement agencies, or government security sectors.

Adaptive Recognition is a global leader in image recognition and machine vision technology. This role focuses on providing high-tech solutions for law enforcement, traffic monitoring, and public safety agencies — including automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), speed and red-light enforcement, and mobile surveillance systems.

What You’ll Do

  • As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth in your region. 
  • You’ll work closely with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of enforcement agencies worldwide.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in the enforcement/police segment.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in government and police organizations.
  • Partner with local system integrators and tech providers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Present cutting-edge technologies through tailored demos and events.
  • Represent the company at key industry expos and security conferences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and drive sales forecasts.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • International sales experience in the enforcement or public safety space
  • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles and decision processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with or selling to system integrators and government bodies
  • A strategic, data-driven sales mindset with proven results
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in Hungary
